I believe the greatest struggles we face on this earth come in the forms of communication and self-expression. While we may find ourselves forever searching for the 'right' words to convey to the people in our lives, the need to communicate our own truths, our own heart songs, to ourselves is equally great.

Without freeing these songs, we forfeit precious opportunities to grow—this is an irrevocable truth of the human condition.

This site is dedicated to all the conversations I'm meant to have, whether with fellow heartbeats, the moon herself or this darling heart of mine.
